Our Rehabilitation program treats people of all ages requiring post hospitalization therapy following and or resulting from conditions stated below. Our program is designed to maximize the functional abilities of our residents, enabling them to reach their highest level of independence and to accommodate individual goals and capabilities based on tolerance levels.
Rock Island’s rehabilitation program provides individualized therapy services which effectively treat patients with many conditions including, but not limited to:
